An esteemed IT veteran with over 20 years of experience, has made significant impact in various sectors such as Banking, Real Estate, Retail and non- profit organizations. As one of the Top 10 women disruptors of Blockchain in the Philippines and a Philippine Blockchain Champion, she has demonstrated her expertise and leadership. Founding her own Technology company in 2015, she spearheads the development of innovative platforms that promote digital sustainability and serve the underserved in the country.
Josh Santos
Chief Operating Officer
An alumnus of the Ateneo de Manila University, Josh Santos has been a startup evangelist at an early age and founder and CEO of Kadena Hub, the first Philippine blockchain incubation hub.
He is the incoming President of Traxion Technology Service Cooperative, founding cooperator to the digiCOOP Technology Service Cooperative Federation.

With over 19 years of experience as an experienced Technologist, Darwin Pasco served as the Chief Technology Officer in various companies in the Payments, Cash-in-Transit, and Logistics Industry. Darwin has been leading Software Development teams for over a decade.
Darwin’s core competencies in Software Development include Solutions Architecture, Data Architecture, Database design and Optimization.

He continues to leverage his expertise to drive innovation and efficiency in the realm of technology solutions.

Treasury Manager
As founding CFO and corporate secretary of Kadena Hub, the first Philippine blockchain incubation hub, Coleen Santos co-led its seed strategy, evaluating startup feasibilities, market fit, and validation.
At Traxion Tech Inc., she has served under the office of the CEO and CFO, focusing on audit, compliance, and special concerns.
In her current role as the Treasury Manage in Traxion Pay Inc., Coleen consistently shares her knowledge and makes significant contributions and impact to the financial operations of the company.
Patrick Doldolea
Developmental Operations Head
An IT professional with over 15 years of experience, greatly contributed to numerous companies including CLIMBS (CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative) and Bukidnon State University (BSU). At CLIMBS, he served as the Lead of Development and Database, and later as the ERP Project Manager, spearheading the implementation of crucial IT systems. His tenure at BSU saw him excel as an IT Instructor for six years, imparting knowledge and skills to aspiring tech professionals.

With more than 20 years extensive experience in local and international bank industries, Alaine Bondoc has a proven track record in providing solutions for ATM applications, backend processing systems, and operational strategies. Her expertise includes developing new ATM features, implementing new bank products and services, enhancing bank security features, and adhering to the regulatory standards and industry compliance.
As the current Project Management Officer Head, Alaine leads and empowers her team to excel and achieve outstanding results.

Ed Trinidad brings extensive experience as Head of Sales and Marketing at Traxion, with notable track record in the Financial Technology and Banking industries. Prior to joining Traxion, he held key leadership roles in several companies, including serving as Head of Sales at UBX Philippines for Open Finance, and leading the E-Banking Group as Senior Assistant Vice President at Producers Savings Bank, and overseeing business growth as Director of Business Development at Universal Storefront Services Corporation or USSC. Throughout his career, Ed has been instrumental in fostering innovation, optimizing operations, financial inclusion, and driving sales strategic initiatives in fast-paced corporate environments.
