Traxion Advances Inclusive Digital Transformation at MCPI Annual Conference 2026
Manila, Philippines — August 12–13, 2026 — Traxion Tech joined the 2026 Microfinance Council of the Philippines, Inc. (MCPI) Annual Conference at Century Park Hotel, Manila, bringing its digital financial solutions closer to microfinance institutions and industry partners.
With the theme “From Recovery to Resilience: Shaping the Next Chapter of Philippine Microfinance,” the two-day conference brought together organizations and leaders across the sector to exchange insights on financial
health and resilience, digitalization, and the future of microfinance in the Philippines.
For Traxion Tech, MCPI 2026 provided an opportunity to connect with microfinance institutions and demonstrate how digital solutions, including MicroPay, Cash Teller Machine, and Digital Counter Terminal can support more accessible and efficient financial services.
Showcasing MicroPay and CTM at MCPI 2026
Throughout the conference, attendees visited the Traxion Tech booth to learn more about MicroPay and experience the Cash Teller Machine (CTM) through live demonstrations.
MicroPay is a mobile financial application designed for microfinance institutions and their clients. It supports services such as receiving and paying loans, cash-in, fund transfers, balance checking, bills payment, e-load, and other financial transactions.
The Cash Teller Machine (CTM) is Traxion’s QR-enabled teller machine designed to make financial transactions more accessible. It supports services including bills payment, cash-in, cash-out, e-wallet transfers, and other key transactions.
At MCPI 2026, attendees were able to experience the CTM’s QR-based cash-in and cash-out capabilities firsthand, using supported bank or e-wallet QR codes.
The Digital Counter Terminal (DCT) was also featured as part of Traxion Tech’s suite of digital financial solutions, giving institutions another way to explore how technology can support and enhance their service operations.
Beyond the demonstrations, the booth served as a space for institutions to ask questions, explore the solutions, and discuss how digital channels could complement their existing operations.
Joining the Conversation on Inclusive Digital Transformation
Traxion’s participation extended beyond the exhibit floor.
On the second day of the conference, Dennis Peña, CEO of Traxion Pay, Inc., joined the breakout session on “Inclusive Digital Transformation.”
He shared the session with Rajarshi Dutta Barua, Associate Partner at MicroSave Consulting, and Divina Gracia Santos, VP for Shared Services/Operation at ASKI Management Group.
The discussion highlighted the growing role of digitalization in the microfinance sector and the importance of ensuring that technology contributes to meaningful financial inclusion.
For Traxion, this means developing solutions that are not only digital, but also practical, accessible, scalable, and relevant to the institutions and communities that use them.
