Boracay, Philippines – April 24–26, 2026 – The Traxion team gathered for another meaningful team-building experience in Boracay, bringing this year’s theme, “Beyond Horizon,” to life at the scenic Henann Palm Beach Resort.
More than just a company getaway, the initiative focused on strengthening collaboration, building deeper connections, and aligning teams toward shared goals. As Traxion continues to grow, the event provided a valuable opportunity for employees to recharge, reconnect, and move forward together.
Day 1
The first day opened with welcoming remarks from Joshua Santos, Chief Operating Officer of Traxion Tech Inc., setting the tone for the team-building experience ahead. This was followed by engaging indoor team-building activities held in the resort’s function hall. Employees participated in interactive games designed to promote teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Through friendly competition and collaboration, teams strengthened trust and reinforced the importance of working together toward common objectives.
During the evening program, everyone embraced the floral-themed dinner with vibrant and relaxed attire. As they enjoyed the delicious food, the evening became a time for unwinding and simply spending quality moments together. Employees took the opportunity to relax, share conversations, and strengthen connections with one another in a laid-back and enjoyable atmosphere.
Day 2
Day two opened with a message from Mr. Dennis Peña, CEO of Traxion Pay Inc., who shared his words of encouragement and gratitude to the Traxion team — setting a positive and inspiring tone for the day’s activities.
This was followed by a reflection and recollection session, where employees participated in a meaningful yet lighthearted activity facilitated to encourage appreciation and connection. Team members wrote short, anonymous messages for one another — creating a moment of encouragement, recognition, and genuine team bonding.
The program then moved into a recognition segment, celebrating both team-building performance and individual contributions across the organization. The Blue Team emerged as the top team-building group, followed by the Pink Team and Orange Team. Recognitions were also given across various categories such as Loyalty, Rookie of the Year, Innovation, Collaboration, and Leadership Excellence—highlighting the diverse strengths within the Traxion team. A special recognition for Leadership & Growth Excellence was also awarded to employees marking their five years of contribution and growth, reinforcing Traxion’s appreciation for long-term commitment and development.
During the awarding, Ms. Ann Cuisia, Founder & CEO of Traxion Tech Inc., expressed her appreciation for the awardees and the entire team, acknowledging their continued efforts and contributions to the company’s growth.

The day continued with one of the trip’s highlights — a 3-hour yacht party. Employees enjoyed delicious snacks and refreshing drinks while taking in the breathtaking views of Boracay. The experience included swimming in open waters, sliding directly from the yacht, and exploring the sea through kayaking and snorkeling, creating unforgettable shared moments.
Day 3
On the final day, employees had time to unwind and enjoy Boracay at their own pace, whether relaxing by the beach or pool, or simply spending time connecting with co-workers. These moments allowed everyone to recharge while strengthening relationships beyond the workplace.
The Boracay team-building experience proved to be both meaningful and memorable, reinforcing the values of collaboration, trust, and growth. As Traxion continues to move forward, initiatives like this ensure that its people remain connected, energized, and ready to go beyond the horizon — together.
