Bohol, Philippines – The Traxion team embarked on an exciting team-building adventure in Bohol from May 8-10, 2025.
More than just a getaway, this initiative focused on fostering growth, learning, and collective success. Traxion emphasized the importance of collaboration, open communication, and reliability throughout the event.
Day one was filled with engaging team-building activities, encompassing both energetic outdoor challenges and collaborative indoor activities. Highlights included fun relays to enhance team coordination and solidify teamwork.
On day two, Traxion employees had the chance to experience the wonders of Bohol, including the relaxing Loboc River Cruise, the tranquil Dream Falls, the fascinating Bohol Tarsier Conservatory Area, and the iconic Chocolate Hills.
From the flavorful local dishes to the captivating landscapes, Bohol provided a sensory feast that allowed Traxion employees to relax and appreciate its beauty and culture. Each breathtaking view resonated deeply, offering a valuable time for refreshment and renewal.
During the evening program, everyone embraced the Boho or Hawaiian theme with vibrant attire. While savoring the delicious food, the highlight was the mid-year awards ceremony, honoring both the best team in the team-building event and exceptional employees. Adding to the inspiring atmosphere, Traxion leaders shared their insights and motivational speeches on the company’s current achievements and exciting future direction.
Our award winners were recognized across several categories, including the top Team Building squad, and our esteemed Mid-Year Awards like the Mystical 6 Award, Half-Year Achievers Award, Rising Star Award, and Special Awards.
On the last day in Bohol, everyone enjoyed personal time, whether it was buying souvenirs, swimming in the pool or beach, or engaging in other individual activities.
